The new "ESF Cabinet"
The change of government has only minor effects on the constellation of the federal ministries responsible for the implementation of the ESF in Germany: Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building and Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection.
New EU exchange programme "ALMA”
Successful practices from Germany’s ESF programme "Integration through Exchange (IdA)" will soon be implemented throughout Europe. With the new EU exchange programme called ALMA, young people not in employment, education or training will have the opportunity to acquire work experience abroad.

With many visualizations, it gives an overview of the latest developments in the EU with regard to people and society, education and labour market, the economy as well as the environment and natural resources.
Conference on the Future of Europe
The aim of the conference is to involve citizens more closely in shaping EU political strategies. Via an interactive multilingual digital platform, citizens can participate in or organize events. People can get in touch and discuss their proposals and ideas with other EU citizens in the 24 official EU languages. The official hashtag of the conference is #TheFutureIsYours.
